Virtualdub - Debirdifier plugin
Debirdifier virtualdub plugin is created to debirdify time-lapse movies. Debirdifing an operation on image sequence which removes unwanted birds, and improve the final movie quality by reducing the flicker on it. Though it has been created to remove the birds, this can be used to remove any fast moving objects.
